How do I return an item? RETURNS & WARRANTY AeroFix Cycles Return Policy AeroFix Cycles offers a 7 day return policy on all of our fixie bikes, fixie wheelsets and accessories. Bicycles and wheelsets may be returned as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging (free of dents or scratches) as delivered by AeroFix Cycles. We also require a receipt. If you wish to return an order, you will be responsible for any shipping costs that may apply. If we have sent you the wrong product we will pay for all shipping costs. If the fixie bike or wheelsets or packaging are received damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund or exchange will be given and the product will not be returned. AeroFix Cycles Warranty Policy All warranty items must be sent to AeroFix Cycles.The customer is
responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Warranty Does Not Cover: The following items are NOT covered by the warranty: Tires, tubes, brake pads and cables, pedals, grips, cranks, chain. These parts will have considerable wear and tear, and are not covered. Warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, modifications, neglect, improper repair,
improper maintenance, abuse, custom alterations, accidents,
improper use or failure to follow instructions. Note: Parts and threads that are stripped are a result of loose bike parts and it is not covered by the one(1) year warranty. It is the riders’ responsibility to inspect the bicycle and ensure it is properly assembled and that components are tight before every ride. It is the riders responsibility to tighten components regularly cranks, pedals, lock rings, and other screws and components before riding. ****We highly recommend to all our customers to have their new AeroFix Fixie Bike inspected by a bicycle technician before the first ride to ensure final parts and components are properly adjusted. **** |
