RETURNS & WARRANTY: AeroFix Cycles Return Policy AeroFix Cycles offers a 7 day return policy on all of our fixie bikes, fixie wheelsets and accessories. Bicycles and wheelsets may be returned as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging. We also require a receipt as a proof of purchase. If you wish to return an order, you will be responsible for any shipping costs that may apply. If we have sent you the wrong product we will pay for all shipping costs.If the fixie bike or wheelsets or packaging are received damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund or exchange will be given and the product will not be returned. AeroFix Cycles Warranty Policy The warranty does not cover other bicycle brand parts. Due to normal wear and tear damage to pedals, cranks, and other parts cannot be covered under warranty. The warranty only applies to the original owner of the bicycle and proof of purchase is required for the warranty to be valid. All warranty items must be sent to AeroFix Cycles.The customer is
responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Warranty Does Not Cover: The following items are NOT covered by the warranty: Tires, tubes, brake pads and cables, grips, cranks, chain. These parts will undergo considerable wear and tear, and are not covered. NOTE: Stripped components and threads are a result of loose bicycle parts and will NOT be covered by this warranty. It is the riders’ responsibility to inspect the bicycle and ensure it is properly assembled and that components are tight before every ride. ****We Highly recommend that every customer (rider) visit a local bicycle store for final safety inspection to guarentee the safest and most exiceting ride.**** |
